Bulk Reservations for Classes
You can make Bulk Class reservations in Kilo Gym Management!
Important Note: Bulk reservations are specifically for class reservations and are not available for appointments.
Creating a Bulk Reservation
- Go to Calendar - Scheduling - Click on a class, click on Reservations tab.
If the Athlete is not already on the reserved list, Click + Reserved Athlete.
If the Athlete is already on the reserved list, you must first delete them. Click the trash can button to Delete.
Create Bulk Reservation for a class time.
- When making bulk reservations:
- You have the capability to select multiple days of the week.
- Reservations can be created up to 1 year in advance (i.e. Jun 3, 2024 to June 3, 2025).
The system will bulk reserve the sessions and you will see a preview of all the classes that the Athlete will be bulk reserved for.
- Click Confirm.
Viewing Reserved Sessions
In the Client’s profile - Reservations tab, you can view all reserved sessions.
Note that Reservations are found in a separate tab as Attendance. Reservations are for upcoming sessions. The Attendance tab marks sessions in the past for which the Athlete was registered or checked-in.
In the event an Athlete changes packages, canceling/removing upcoming packages does not delete upcoming reservations.
These bulk reservations will need to be manually removed from upcoming reservations.
How to Delete Bulk Reservations
To delete bulk reservations:
- Go to the Reservations tab in the Athlete profile
- Filter by a weekday (if needed) and reservation type
- Select all of the reservations that need to be deleted and click the red garbage can icon.
Attendance Tab updates
- The Attendance tab displays historical attendance data.
- By default, the most recently attended event will appear at the top of the list.
The total number of reserved and attended events are listed in a badge in the upper right. This feature can assist you with celebrating attendance milestones.
