Automatically Reserve Athletes for Recurring Classes with Bulk Reservations
Bulk Reservations allow Owners and Staff to quickly reserve athletes for recurring classes across multiple dates at once, saving time and ensuring athletes stay scheduled for their regular sessions.
This feature is especially helpful for:
- Athletes who attend the same class every week
- On Ramp or Foundations programs
- Personal schedules that repeat weekly
- Long-term class reservations
- Recurring class bookings managed by staff
Instead of reserving athletes one class at a time, you can reserve them for multiple weeks or months in just a few clicks.
Important Note: Bulk reservations are an internal feature and can only be created by an Owner or Staff for classes. Bulk reservations cannot be created by athletes through the App.

How to View Recurring Reservations
You can view all upcoming class reservations inside the athlete’s profile.
Steps
- Open the Athlete Profile
- Click the Reservations tab
This tab shows all upcoming reserved sessions.
Reservations vs Attendance
It’s important to understand the difference between these two tabs.
Reservations Tab
- Shows upcoming scheduled classes
- Used to manage recurring or bulk reservations
- Used to remove future reservations
Attendance Tab
- Shows past classes
- Displays check-ins and historical attendance
- Tracks attendance milestones
- Most recent sessions appear at the top
This separation helps keep scheduling and attendance data organized.
Important Behavior When Athletes Change Packages
If an athlete:
- changes packages
- cancels a package
- removes an upcoming package
their future bulk reservations will not be automatically removed
These recurring reservations must be manually deleted.
This ensures athletes do not lose scheduled sessions unintentionally.
How to Delete Bulk or Recurring Reservations
Step 1: Open Athlete Profile
- Go to the Athlete Profile
- Click the Reservations tab
Step 2: Filter Reservations
You can filter by:
- Day of the week
- Reservation type
- Date range
This helps quickly locate recurring reservations.
Step 3: Remove Reservations
- Select the reservations to remove
- Click the red garbage can icon
- Confirm deletion
The recurring reservations will be removed.
Important Notification Tip
Before creating or deleting bulk reservations, check your notification settings.
If notifications are enabled for:
- Athlete Added to Class Reservation
- Athlete Removed from Class Reservation
Athletes may receive multiple notifications.
Recommended Steps
- Disable these notifications temporarily
- Complete the bulk reservation or removal
- Wait a few moments
- Re-enable notifications
This prevents athletes from receiving excessive messages.
