You can now count late cancels and no shows toward a coach's commission on Percentage-Based Pay Rates in Kilo GMS. When an athlete late cancels or doesn't show up and their credit is deducted, their session value can count toward the coach's payout, so coaches on commission are paid for sessions your gym was still paid for.

• Turn on Include Late Cancels, Include No Shows, or both on any percentage-based pay rate

• Set different rules for different services, for example, group classes and personal training

• See which athletes counted toward a payout, and why, in the Total Session Value Breakdown

Both options are off by default, so your payroll doesn't change until you turn one on.
