You can now see which athletes are attending their first class and which ones are visiting your gym, right on your class roster in Kilo GMS. A new Automation Flow trigger also lets you alert your team a day before a first-time athlete arrives, so coaches can be ready to welcome them.

• See First Class Visit and Visitor badges next to athlete names on class reservations and the Staff Kiosk

• Spot likely drop-in visitors at a glance when both badges appear together

• Alert your coaches or front desk 24 hours before a first class with the First class reserved upcoming trigger

If you already use the First class attended trigger, your Automation Flows keep working with no changes needed. The trigger now fires only once per athlete and counts attendance imported from your previous software, so athletes with imported class history won't receive a first class message when they check in.
