The Knowledge Base is where your AI Agents get accurate information about your gym. Building a strong knowledge base helps your AI provide consistent, helpful, and accurate responses to leads and members.

Before You Begin

The Knowledge Base is part of Gym Lead Machine's Premium AI Features.

If these features haven't been enabled on your account yet, you'll first need to opt in. You can opt-in here: https://usekilorequestforms.com/ai-premium-features-request/

Premium AI features are available on a pay-as-you-go basis, with no changes to your monthly subscription. Once your Gym Lead Machine Wallet has a payment method added and the feature has been enabled on your account, you'll be able to start using AI Agents and the Knowledge Base.

Accessing the Knowledge Base

Once Premium AI Features have been enabled:

  1. Open your Gym Lead Machine account.

  2. Navigate to AI Agents.

  3. Select Knowledge Base.

Here, you can create and manage the information your AI Agents use when responding to conversations.

Creating a Knowledge Base

You can create multiple knowledge bases (up to 15) for different purposes, but most gyms will start with one that contains general information about their business.

When creating a new Knowledge Base, you'll be asked to provide:

  • Name – Give your knowledge base a descriptive name.

  • Description – Add a short explanation of what information it contains.

Import Information with the Web Crawler

One of the quickest ways to build your Knowledge Base is by using the Web Crawler.

Simply add the URLs of your website pages, and the crawler will automatically read and import the information from those pages into your Knowledge Base.

This is a great way to train your AI using content you already have on your website.

Google Docs Support

The Web Crawler can also import information from Google Docs.

This is useful if you have internal documents containing:

  • Membership information

  • Pricing details

  • Class descriptions

  • Policies

  • Staff information

  • Frequently referenced resources

Simply organize the information in a Google Doc, then add the document to the Web Crawler to make it available to your AI Agent.

Add Frequently Asked Questions

Not every question your members ask is answered on your website.

The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section lets you manually add common questions and their answers so your AI Agent can respond accurately.

Some examples include:

  • How much does membership cost?

  • What types of workouts do you offer?

  • How old do I need to be to join?

  • Do you offer free trials?

  • What are your staffed hours?

You can add as many FAQs as you'd like to ensure your AI Agent has the information it needs.

Best Practices

For the best results:

  • Keep your website information up to date.

  • Include important details that leads and members regularly ask about.

  • Add FAQs for information that isn't available on your website.

  • Update your Knowledge Base whenever your pricing, services, or policies change.

A well-maintained Knowledge Base helps your AI Agents deliver faster, more accurate responses and creates a better experience for your leads and members.

Next Steps

Once your Knowledge Base is complete, your AI Agents will be able to use this information when interacting with leads and members, helping them answer questions with accurate, gym-specific information.
