Membership Magic Links are one-click links that let people open your Gym Lead Machine courses without entering a username or password. You generate them once from your Membership settings, then use them in emails, messages, or as a custom menu link so contacts can reach the courses they already have access to without logging in each visit.
Because a Magic Link bypasses the login screen, share it only with the people who should be able to open your content.

Generate your Magic Links
Go to Memberships in the left menu of your Gym Lead Machine account.
Hover over Courses and select Settings.
Select Site Details.
Click Generate Magic Link if no links are listed yet.
Copy the two links that appear. One is the User link and one is the Learner link.
Click Regenerate Magic Link below the existing links if you need to replace them.
Regenerating your Magic Links stops the previous versions from working. Anyone who saved or bookmarked an old link, and any email or menu still using one, will need the new link instead.
User links vs. Learner links: which should you use?

Both links are generated together. Which one you send depends on whether the person has a Gym Lead Machine account or is a contact in it.
Grant a contact access to a Product
A Magic Link only opens the Products a contact has already been granted. Create the Product and its associated Offer first, then grant the Offer.
Go to Contacts in the left menu of your Gym Lead Machine account.
Search for the person's name.
Click their name to open their contact card.
Scroll down the left column to the Offers field.
Use the drop-down to select the Offers this contact should have access to. One Offer can include more than one Product.
Click the x beside an Offer name in this same field if you need to revoke access later.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send a Magic Link to someone who has not been granted a Product?
You can send it, but it will not give them anything to open. A contact using a Magic Link sees only the Products they have already been granted through an Offer. Grant the Offer on their contact card first.
What is the difference between the User link and the Learner link?
The User link is for your team members with a Gym Lead Machine account, and the Learner link is for your contacts. Both are created at the same time when you generate Magic Links, so keep track of which one you are sending.
What happens to the old links when I regenerate?
They stop working. Regenerating replaces both Magic Links, so any bookmarked link, saved email, or custom menu link pointing at the old version will need updating.
How do I revoke a contact's access to a course?
Open their contact card, find the Offers field in the left column, and click the x beside the Offer. Access is controlled by the Offer, not by the Magic Link, so removing the Offer is what takes the course away.
Why use a Magic Link instead of a normal login?
It removes the password step, which is the most common reason someone cannot get into a course. Contacts reach their Product library directly, and they can bookmark the link for future visits.
Helpful tips
Send the Learner link to clients and leads, and keep the User link for your team
Update any saved emails or menu links after regenerating, since the old links stop working
Grant the Offer before sending the link, or the contact will open an empty library
Tell contacts they can bookmark the link rather than asking you for it again
Treat the links as private, since anyone holding one skips the login screen
