Who can use the embedded calendar?
Logged-in athletes. Athletes can reserve available classes using their existing Kilo account.
Drop-in visitors. Non-members can purchase and book drop-in sessions, based on your gym's settings and availability.
What happens when someone books from your website
The athlete visits your website and views the embedded calendar.
They select a class or drop-in session.
They log in, or complete the drop-in booking flow through the Sales Portal.
Their reservation is confirmed and appears in Kilo GMS.
There are no additional steps or redirects.
How do I add the calendar to my website?
Log in to Kilo GMS.
Go to Calendar → Scheduling.
Click the gear icon.
Toggle on Enable Public Calendar embedding.
Toggle on Allow Purchases via the Website Calendar, if your Sales Portal is enabled and you want members or drop-ins to be able to purchase packages.
Copy the provided embed code.
Submit the update class schedule request form to our Website team so they can update your Schedule page.
Once the calendar is added, it stays up to date automatically as your schedule changes.
If appointments have been created under the Class category, the embedded calendar displays those appointments on your website.
Settings the embedded calendar respects
Your embedded calendar follows your existing Kilo GMS settings, including:
Class capacity limits
Reservation windows
Member and non-member access rules
Any change you make in Kilo GMS is reflected on your website calendar immediately.
