Check Your Credits in the Kilo App

Authors list

You can check how many credits you have at any time in the Kilo app. Your gym uses credits to track how many classes your package covers, and a credit is used the moment you reserve a class, before you attend it. Checking your credits shows you what's left to book and which classes your credits can be used for.

What you can do

  • See how many credits you have available right now

  • See how many credits you've used in your current credit period

  • Check which classes your credits can be used for

  • See which credits are valid on a specific day

How do I see how many credits I have?

  1. Open the Kilo app.

  2. Tap your profile picture in the upper left. If you haven't added a photo, it shows a placeholder icon.

  3. Tap My Packages.

  4. Tap your package to open Package Detail.

The top of Package Detail shows your package dates and how many credits you have available now. Further down you'll find:

  • Package details: your package type, whether Auto-renew is on, and how long each package period lasts

  • Includes: the classes your credits can be used for

  • Credit periods and Credits used: how many credits you've used out of the total for each period, for example 7/12

How do I see which credits are valid on a specific day?

  1. Tap your profile picture in the upper left.

  2. Tap Credits.

  3. Check the Validity Date at the top. It starts on today's date.

  4. To see credits for a different day, tap Validity Date and pick a date from the calendar.

Each set of credits shows its dates, how many credits are left (for example, 5 of 12 credits left), the classes it Includes, and the package it comes From. If you have more than one package, each one's credits appear separately.

Why do I have fewer credits than I expected?

Your upcoming reservations are already using credits. A credit is used when you reserve a class, so every class you've booked for later in your credit period counts against your total right away.

For example, if your package gives you 12 credits and you have 7 classes reserved, you'll see 5 credits available now, even if you haven't attended any of those 7 classes yet.

To see your upcoming reservations, tap Reservations at the bottom of the app. If you've reserved a class you no longer plan to attend, cancel it, and the credit goes back to your package.

Note

Reserving only the classes you plan to attend keeps your credits available for when you need them and leaves open spots in class for other athletes.

Frequently asked questions

Does a credit get used when I reserve or when I check in?

When you reserve. The credit is set aside for that class as soon as your reservation is made. If you cancel the reservation, the credit goes back to your package.

Can I use my credits for any class?

Your credits work for the classes listed under Includes. Check Includes on your package in My Packages, or on each set of credits in Credits. If a class you want isn't listed, check with your gym about which package covers it.

Can I reserve classes in my next package period?

Yes, if your package renews automatically. When Auto-renew is on, you can reserve classes in your next package period as soon as your gym's booking window opens for them. Those reservations use credits from your next period.

What's the difference between My Packages and Credits?

My Packages shows the details of each package you have. Credits focuses only on your credits. Use My Packages to see your package type, renewal, and credits used per period. Use Credits to see how many credits are left in each set and check which credits are valid on a specific day.
