Sales Portal - New view and Functionality

Kilo GMS has recently launched an updated version of the Sales Portal, enhancing both its view and functionality. This update is designed to offer Owners and Athletes a more streamlined and efficient experience, whether they need to locate a package or navigate through the check-out process.

Athletes, through the Sales Portal, have the ability to search, filter, and view clear Package details with attendance rules, billing options and other key information so that they can confidently make a decision about their next package purchase.

This new update is searchable by package categories (i.e. CrossFit, Group Classes, Personal Training, etc). as well as, an overview of all packages.

When enabled, Packages will be listed and visible in the "Explore" section of the Athlete App.

Choosing a Package

Upon clicking the package’s “View Details” button, the athlete will see the package details and all available billing plans for selection.

The update incorporates a reduced number of clicks and a more streamlined checkout process.

From this screen the athlete proceeds directly to the checkout page to complete the purchase of the package. A “Cancel” button allows Athletes to undo any progress until this point, taking the athlete back to the App’s “Explore” section of the App.


Owners can now quickly view Package visibility on the Sales Portal  - Public Portal, Private Portal, App (Athlete).  This will eliminate the necessity to manually copy the Sales Portal URL in order to verify the availability of a package.
