Sales Portal available via the Athlete App 🎉
We’re excited to introduce an update that gives you more control over how and where your packages are displayed to potential and current clients.
You can now decide whether a package appears on your public-facing Sales Portal, inside the Athlete App, or both—directly from the Packages section.
📍 What’s New?
When setting up a membership Package for the Sales Portal, you’ll now see visibility options that allow you to choose:
- ✅ Sales Portal – Publicly viewable by anyone visiting your Sales Portal.
- ✅ Athlete App – Visible only to your logged-in athletes inside the app.
- ✅ Both – List in both places for maximum visibility.
🛠️ How to Set Display Options
- Go to the Packages section in your dashboard.
- Click on the blue action tab of an Existing Package.
- Choose "Sales Portal Options"
- Select one or both of the following options:
- ✔️ Display on Sales Portal Visibility
- ✔️ Display in Athlete App Visibility
- For the Sales Portal: Determine if the Package should be "Public" or "Private"
- ✔️ Enable Billing Plan(s)
- ✔️ Review Checkout Flow
- For the Athlete App Portal: "Enable" athletes to view from the App
- ✔️ Enable Billing Plan(s)
- ✔️ Review Checkout Flow
- Save
Your selections will update instantly across your connected platforms.
Athlete View of Sales Portal from App
When activated, Athletes may go to the Packages tab on the mobile App, click "Explore Packages" and view all packages that have been enabled for Athlete App visibility.
Once the Athlete selects a Package, they will be guided through the sales process to complete their purchase.
