New Payment Options - Invoices

We’re excited to share that, based on your feedback, we’ve expanded the payment options available for Gym Owners who utilize other payment types at their location. These new methods give you more flexibility in how you track payment transactions and maintain consistency in financial reporting.

What’s New

You can now choose three new payment types:

  • E-Transfer – Athletes can pay directly via electronic transfer.
  • Point of Sale (POS) – Collect payments in person with ease.
  • Gift Cards – Invoices may indicate an Athlete redeemed gift card(s) as part of their membership or for special services.

These payment methods will be:

    • Selectable by owners and staff during manual charge entry (Retail, and Fees and Misc.) or package addition to an athlete.
    • Displayed in the invoice details and summaries.
    • Reflected in all app versions (Athlete App, Staff App, Desktop).
  • Athletes will be able to see these methods on their invoice/payment history but will not be able to select them as payment methods.
  • Refund and Payment logic will mirror Cash or Check behavior for these new payment methods.

Kilo does not integrate with any POS systems. The POS option is strictly available so Owners know that the sale was processed through POS and can be reflected as such in Kilo.

These updates were made in direct response to requests from owners like you who wanted more versatile and consistency with financial reporting. Whether it’s simplifying day-to-day transactions or giving Owners more flexibility, these methods are designed to better support your business operations.
