Kilo GMS Offers Multiple Convenient Invoice Delivery Options for Athletes
Kilo GMS is committed to providing a seamless experience for athletes and clients alike. As part of our dedication to efficiency and flexibility, we’re pleased to highlight the variety of ways athletes can receive their invoices through our platform.
Owners using Kilo GMS can choose from several invoice delivery methods to best suit their Athletes' preferences. These options include:
Email Delivery
Invoices can be sent directly to the athlete’s registered email address for easy access and record-keeping. Previously, sending an invoice after payment required going to the Kilo-connected Stripe account. Now, you can send invoices straight from Kilo GMS.
To send an invoice directly to Athlete, go to Invoices —> click the blue action tab —> click 'Send Invoice." The athlete will receive an invoice receipt to their inbox.
In-App Download
Athletes using the Kilo GMS mobile or web app can view and download invoices directly through their account.
From the Athlete's login, they can:
- Go to the Documents tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the “Invoices” tab.
- Select the invoice to review, send, or make a payment.

Owners: This feature must be enabled in the gym settings. To allow Athletes to view invoices, update this setting in Kilo via:
- Logging in to app.usekilo.com
- Clicking on the user name in the bottom left of your screen
- Selecting "Settings"
- Go to Athlete App, click 'Edit"
- Toggle on "Allow athletes to see their invoices on the app"
- Click Save
SMS/Email Delivery from Automation Flows
For added convenience, invoice receipts can be sent upon successful payment via SMS or Email to the athlete through the Automation Flow Builder's [Athletes] Athlete Payment Successful notification.
We understand that each athlete has their own preferred way of managing communication and documentation. By offering flexible invoicing options, we aim to make the payment process as simple and user-friendly as possible.
