Invoices Available via Athlete App

Kilo GMS is proud to introduce a new feature that allows Gym Owners the flexibility to let Athletes view, make payments and download invoices via the mobile App.

This new feature must be enabled in the gym settings. To allow Athletes to view invoices, access settings in Kilo via:

  1. Logging in to app.usekilo.com
  2. Clicking on the user name in the bottom left of your screen
  3. Selecting "Settings"
  4. Go to Athlete App, click 'Edit"
  5. Toggle on "Allow athletes to see their invoices on the app"
  6. Click Save


Accessing the Invoice via the Athlete portal

Clients can view their invoices by logging into the Kilo Mobile app:

  1. Go to the Documents tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Click the “Invoices” tab.
  3. Select the invoice to review, send, or make a payment.


Important Note For Adding Payment Methods:

  • Payment methods can be added in both the Owner/Staff and Athlete view.
  • Payment methods can only be deleted from the Owner/Staff view.
  • For bank accounts, it is preferred that the Athlete open app.usekilo.com in their Chrome browser, log in to Kilo, and then follow the Stripe payment wizard to connect with their bank. We have some reports of this process timing out when completed on the mobile app and our development team is working to address the issue.
