Clone and Archive Packages

Clone

Clone now provides flexibility for Owners and Staff when creating new package types. Simply click on one of your existing package templates and 'clone' to create a new, similar package.

When cloning, you will have the ability to edit package details and billing plans. This new feature will help Owners save time when creating a new offer and want to utilize most of the attendance rules in an existing package.

This quick video provides you the steps on how to Clone a package and change the Attendance Rules and billing plan.

Archive

Owners now have the ability to 'archive' packages that are no longer offered or were only offered for a limited time.

To Archive a package, no athletes may be active on the package template (i.e. the owner has transitioned all of the athletes away from that package). As seen below the Active Count is 0.

Archive will remove the Package from the Packages list view.  This package will still appear in historical package reports, but will be listed as "Package Name - Archived."  Once package has been archived, this action cannot be undone.

Owners will be able to "Clone" packages that have been Archived to create a new package type.
