Package Basics 1: Building Packages in Kilo
Kilo's unique Package builder allows you to create single event or hybrid memberships with ease. Use the video below to begin learning about creating Packages in Kilo.
You'll need to create Events (Classes & Appointments) in Kilo before creating Packages.
Continue below the video for some examples of ways to build Packages in Kilo.
Sample On Ramp package
- In this example, the On Ramp Package will change the status to Member, but it will not change their status when the Package completes.
- Auto Renew is off since this is a front-end offer.
- The Package starts with 2 weeks of 60-minute Personal Training. The athlete is allowed 4 sessions with 2 weeks to complete.
- Then, after 2 weeks, access to CrossFit events begins - with 12 sessions to use in 4 weeks.
- The total length of validity for this package is 6 weeks.
Sample hybrid Group Training package
- In this monthly Package, the member is allowed to attend two types of Events for an unlimited number of classes per month.
- They will be considered a Member when this Package begins and Alumni when it ends.
- Auto renewal is on so this Package recurs.
Sample CrossFit + Nutrition package
- In this Package, the athlete is allowed 1 Nutrition Consult & 16 CrossFit classes every 4 weeks.
- I’ve opted to have them become a Member when they start this Package, but not change the status when it ends, since people often come and go from Nutrition coaching.
- Auto-renewal is on.
