🚀 Update to Late Cancel Settings for Classes and Appointments
The Kilo team as made an important update to cancellation and no show settings for classes and appointments.
New to Reservation, Waitlist, and Cancellation Settings, you may now permit late cancellations for classes and appointments, disable the ability to late cancel, and impose a late cancellation or no-show penalty.
Here is what you will notice when you log in:
- In the "Reservation, Waitlist, and Cancellation Settings," you can now determine if a late cancellation is allowed for Classes.
- If toggled on (blue) to allow late cancelations, determine the "time before the start of a class when a cancellation is considered late."
- Additionally, in both Events and Sessions on the Schedule, the "Additional Settings" drop-down now includes the "Allow late cancellations" option.
- In the "Reservation, Waitlist, and Cancellation Settings," you can also determine if a cancellation is allowed for Appointments.
- If toggled on (blue) to allow late cancelations, determine the "time before the start of an appointment when a cancellation is considered late."
- Additionally, in both Events and Sessions on the Schedule, the "Additional Settings" drop-down now includes the "Allow late cancellations" option.
Please note that as you edit your Settings and Event types, any previously scheduled sessions do not update retroactively.
You'll need to edit your account Settings, Event types, and scheduled sessions to capture all of these changes.
