Birthday Report in Kilo

The “Birthdays This Week” block will always show you upcoming birthdays for this Sunday-Saturday time period.

By clicking on the Birthday block, a full birthday report will open which can be modified by date range and filtered by Athlete status.

Birthday Automation

Kilo is not yet equipped with the ability to send automated messages to staff or athletes based on the arrival of birthdays. The Support team, however, can assist you in establishing a "Birthday Workflow" within your Gym Lead Machine account.

If you’d like birthdates added to your client’s contact profiles in GLM & a simple birthday reminder workflow can be added to your account, check out our Birthday Notification Workflow request form to submit your request.
