Launch Day is an exciting milestone! Our team is thrilled to help you bring these valuable assets to life for your business. With a lot of information coming your way, you likely have some questions, so here's what you can expect on Launch Day.
When Will My Site Go Live?
Launches generally happen early on your scheduled day, though we can't guarantee an exact time. Our team typically handles 1 to 5 launches daily. Depending on your time zone, your site may even launch before you're awake!
If you need to delay the launch, please inform your Specialist at least one business day in advance so we can coordinate with team members in different time zones.
What Happens to My CSV Contact Lists?
If you provided lead, client, or alumni CSV files during Onboarding, these will be uploaded during your launch.
The contacts will be imported and tagged in your Gym Lead Machine account.
Note: Contacts will not be added to campaigns or receive messages upon import. If you want to enroll these contacts in lead nurture or reactivation campaigns after launch, contact Support at hello@usekilo.com and we'll be happy to assist.
How Do I Access WordPress?
You'll receive an automated email from WordPress when your user account is created. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your login. This gives you access to post blogs and, if you have a user-editable template, to make photo and copy changes.
Your website login URL will be formatted as: https://yourwebsitedomain.com/wp-admin
The email used for login will be your authorized user email.
You can set a unique password once you receive the WordPress email.
What Is the Post-Launch Check-In Call?
Once your website is live, your Onboarding Specialist will schedule a post-launch check-in call, typically 1-2 weeks after launch. You'll receive an email confirmation for the appointment.
During the call, one of our Customer Success team members will answer any questions you have and help with any additional setup you may need.

How Do I Access the Kilo Photo Library?
After your launch, your authorized user email will be granted access to our stock photo library at kilophoto.com. Log in using your email, retrieve the security code, and explore hundreds of high-quality stock photos you can use for your website, social media, blogs, and ads.
What Post-Launch Education Will I Receive?
We'll send you a few quick guides of post-launch emails filled with valuable tips and insights about your website, your Gym Lead Machine account, and our services.
Save these emails for future reference!
Feel free to forward these emails to any team members who might benefit.
A post-launch call with our team will also be booked by your Onboarding Advisor for 1-2 weeks after your site and system go live.
