Track Your Committed Club Progress in the Kilo App

Authors list

Committed Club is a monthly check-in goal that some gyms use to reward consistent attendance. If your gym runs this program, you will see a Committed Club card on your Home screen showing your check-in count for the month, your progress toward your gym's goal, and how many check-ins you have left. Your gym may show this section under a different name, like "Loyalty Club" or "Champion's Circle," matching whatever it has named its own program. This article uses "Committed Club" throughout.

What the Committed Club card shows you

  • Your check-in count for the current month

  • The number of check-ins your gym's goal requires

  • A progress bar that fills in as you get closer to the goal

  • A message that changes depending on where you are in the month

  • A badge marking the month you reach the goal

Where do I find my Committed Club card?

Your Committed Club card sits on your Home screen, below Reservations. You do not need to open a separate tab or screen to see it.

The card is meant to give you an at-a-glance update. You cannot tap into it for more detail. Everything about your progress for the month is shown right on the card itself.

What do the check-in count and progress bar mean?

The counter shows your check-ins for the month next to your gym's goal, and the bar fills in as you get closer to it. The message above the counter changes to match your progress.

  • With no check-ins yet this month, you will see a message like "Let's get started" and an empty bar.

  • After your first check-in, the message updates to something like "First one down!" and the bar shows a small amount of progress.

  • As you keep checking in, the counter and the bar move together, and you will see a message telling you how many check-ins are left, for example "Only 4 to go."

The bar always runs from zero to your gym's goal, so a gym with a goal of 8 shows a different bar than a gym with a goal of 20. Underneath the bar, a few tick marks mark zero, roughly one third of the way, roughly two thirds of the way, and the goal itself, so you can judge your progress at a glance.

What happens when I reach my gym's goal?

Your card fills the bar completely, shows a badge that reads "New achievement unlocked," and switches to a congratulatory message. The title uses your gym's goal. If your gym's goal is 12 check-ins, you will see "Welcome to the 12 Club" the first time you reach it, and "Back in the 12 Club" every time after that.

If you keep checking in after you reach the goal, the counter holds steady at the goal and the card adds a line showing how many extra check-ins you have logged that month, for example "+3 extra check-ins this month." The badge and congratulatory message stay in place for the rest of the month.

Why don't I see a Committed Club card in my Kilo app?

A missing card usually means your gym has not set up its Committed Club program or has not made it visible to members, you do not have an active, on-hold, or upcoming package, or your Kilo Members app needs an update. Work through these in order:

  • Update the Kilo Members app to version 1.3.2 or later. The card does not appear on earlier versions.

  • Check that you have an active, on-hold, or upcoming package at your gym.

  • Ask your gym administrator whether your gym runs a Committed Club program and has made it visible to members.

Frequently asked questions

Does my check-in count update the moment I check in?

Not necessarily right away. Your card loads with the rest of your Home screen, so it refreshes when you open the Home tab, pull down to refresh, or bring the app back to the foreground. If you just checked in, pull down on your Home screen to see the update.

Which check-ins count toward the goal?

Class check-ins and appointment check-ins count, whether you check in at the front desk, at the kiosk, or a Staff member checks you in. A visit that is not tied to a class or an appointment does not add to your total, because there is no standalone gym check-in.

Does having a package on hold or not yet started affect my card?

No. If your package is active, on hold, or upcoming, you see the card. Your class and appointment check-ins count toward the goal the same way they do for any other athlete.

What happens to my progress at the start of a new month?

Your count resets to zero for everyone, including athletes who reached the goal the month before. The card is a current-month view, so each new month starts fresh and the badge from the previous month clears along with it.

Helpful tips

  • Pull down to refresh your Home screen if you just checked in and do not see it reflected yet.

  • Check in to your class or appointment each time you attend, since only class and appointment check-ins count toward the goal.

  • Your progress resets at the start of each month, so plan around the current month's goal rather than a past one.

  • Check with your gym administrator if you are not sure whether your gym runs a check-in program like this one.

When this feature is most helpful

  • Deciding whether to fit in one more class or session before the month ends

  • Checking your progress right after a check-in

  • Confirming you are still in the club after a strong month
