If you need to restore a deleted contact or multiple contacts in Gym Lead Machine, you can recover them along with their associated data such as opportunities, notes, tasks, and more.
What you can do
Restore a single deleted contact from the Restore tab
Restore multiple deleted contacts at once
Restore all contacts removed in a bulk delete
Recover the contact's related data along with the contact
How do I restore contact(s)?
Navigate to the Contacts section in your Gym Lead Machine account.
At the top of the Contacts page, click on the three vertical dots next to “Import” then click Restore.
Select the contact(s) you wish to restore and click Restore on the right-hand side.
A modal will appear. Click Confirm to restore the contact.
This action will restore the contact along with their:
Opportunities
Notes
Tasks
Appointments
Conversations
Campaigns/Workflows
How do I restore contacts from a bulk delete?
Go to Bulk Actions, click on the three dots next to the bulk delete action, and choose Restore.
Confirm the action by clicking Restore. Then the restore process will begin, and you can monitor its progress and statistics on the Bulk Actions page.
