How Do I Make Forwarded Calls Show My Gym Lead Machine Number on Caller ID?
By default, the system transmits the number of the caller to your phone's caller ID. However, if you prefer the caller ID to show the number that the caller dialed instead (your Gym Lead Machine-connected phone number), we can assist you in activating this feature.
Save your Gym Lead Machine-connected phone number in your phone's Contacts however you want it to appear on the screen (e.g., Gym Lead Machine).
Reach out to our Support team at hello@usekilo.com and request that the Pass call number as Caller ID setting be turned on in your account.
Once this setting is enabled, you will see "Gym Lead Machine," or your chosen contact name, each time a contact calls your Gym Lead Machine line and the number is forwarded to your phone.
