If you want to manage leads, texts, and calls on your phone using Linq Blue, this doc walks you through how to get the app (iPhone or Android) and how to start using it.
Note: If you haven't activated Linq Blue yet, see Getting Started with Linq Blue (iMessage) to opt in and set up your iMessage line first.
How Do I Download and Log In to the Linq App?
Download the Linq app from your phone's app store, then log in with your existing account credentials.
Step 1: Download the Linq app.
For iPhone/iOS: Download Linq from the App Store.
For Android: Download the same Linq app from Google Play.
Tip: The app is just called "Linq," not "Linq Blue," but once you log in, you'll have access to Linq Blue features.
Step 2: Log in and set up your account.
Open the Linq app on your phone after downloading.
Log in with the credentials you use for your account (the same one tied to your Gym Lead Machine and Linq Blue setup).
If required, pick the Linq-provided number (or your assigned business number) that's tied to your gym.
What Can I Do with the Linq App?
Once you're logged in to Linq, you can:
Send and receive texts (or iMessages) using your Linq Blue number: it works like a business phone number.
Make and receive calls (depending on how your Linq Blue and workflow setup is configured).
Manage leads, contacts, messages, and call history, all in one mobile inbox.
Use it on the go: handy if you or staff are at the gym, out meeting new prospects, or needing to reply quickly from a phone.
Helpful Tips
Use the mobile app when you're away from a computer: It makes it easier to respond fast when leads text back.
Treat your Linq Blue number like a gym business line: Use it for all outbound texts and calls to keep things professional.
Test it after setup: Send a text to your own cell or call the Linq number to confirm inbound and outbound both work.
