You can browse and buy the packages your gym offers from the Explore Packages section, and check the package you already have in your profile. Your gym chooses which packages appear in the app, so what you see is specific to your gym.

You can select Back at any point before checkout to return to Explore without buying.
Buy a package for someone else
When you choose For someone else during checkout, you create a profile for the person you are buying for.
A partner or adult family member with their own email address gets a linked profile. They can log in to the Kilo app themselves.
A child who shares your email address gets a dependent profile. They cannot log in separately, so you manage their classes by switching to their profile.
Once the profile exists, you can move between it and your own using Switch Profiles.
After you buy
Sign any Documents your gym requires. Do this before you try to book anything.
Go to Schedule to start reserving classes.
Some gyms require a signed waiver or agreement before you can reserve a class. If booking is not working right after a purchase, check whether you have documents waiting.
Frequently asked questions
I do not see a package my gym told me about. Where is it?
Your gym chooses which packages and billing plans appear in the app, and not everything is available there. Some are sold only through your gym's Sales Portal or in person. Your gym may also send you a direct link to a specific price that is not listed publicly. Contact your gym administrator, and they can tell you how to buy it.
Where do I see the package I already have?
On your profile, under your active packages. That is also where you check how many credits you have left and when your package runs out. Explore is for buying something new.
What is a billing plan?
It is how you pay for a package: the amount and how often you are charged. A package can offer more than one, so you may be able to choose between paying monthly, paying in full, or another arrangement your gym has set up. All the available plans appear on the package details screen when you select View Details.
Why can I not book a class right after buying a package?
Check whether you have documents waiting to be signed. Many gyms require a waiver or agreement before you can reserve anything. Go to Documents, sign what is there, and then try booking again.
Will my package renew automatically?
It depends on the package. Some roll into ongoing billing when they end, and some finish after a fixed term. If you are not sure which yours does, check with your gym administrator before your package runs out.
How many credits do I have left?
Check your active package on your profile. It shows what you have used and what remains. If the number looks wrong, contact your gym administrator, since they can see the full history on your account.
