New Feature Release: Add Initials to Contracts

New to Contracts - you can now require initials within specific sections of a contract!

This update gives you greater flexibility and clarity when collecting signatures from clients. Whether it's emphasizing a cancellation policy, billing terms, or photo consent you can now prompt clients to initial directly in those key sections before submitting the full agreement.

✅ How it works:

• While creating or editing a Contract template, you’ll now see the option to add 'Request Athlete Initials' custom value into the document.
• Click the custom value to add the placeholder for the exact location you want the signer to acknowledge.
• Clients will be prompted to initial all required fields before completing the contract.

It is important to update your existing templates if you wish to benefit from this feature. If you have existing members who may need to sign a new document, it will be necessary to manually add the document to the Athlete account.
