🔄 Updates to the Cancel Package Feature
We’ve made important logic updates to the Cancel Package feature in Kilo GMS to give greater flexibility when managing athlete packages and invoices.
✅ Turning Auto-Renew ON
If an athlete's package is active and Auto-Renew is OFF, you can now turn Auto-Renew ON to schedule a renewal when the current billing cycle ends.
❌ Turning Auto-Renew OFF
If Auto-Renew is ON and you turn it OFF, any upcoming renewal package will now be removed automatically. This means the package will not renew when the current cycle ends.
Updates for Invoices which have already been Paid
If an athlete has already prepaid for a package renewal and they no longer wish to continue, you now have flexible options:
- Turn Auto-Renew OFF: The system will retain the paid invoice, even if the upcoming package is removed.
- Cancel the Package (Now or Future Date): You can choose to cancel the package immediately or schedule it for a future date. The paid invoice remains intact.
Managing Invoices After Package Cancellation
When a package is canceled and deleted, the associated invoice will remain visible under the Invoices tab, listed under Last Activity.
From there, you can still:
- Issue a refund
- Apply credits
- Take any other necessary action on that invoice
