📧 Sender Details Settings for Email Notifications

With the release of Flows and Kilo's enhanced email notification capabilities, we're excited to introduce a new Sender Details setting. This feature allows you to manage the "From Name," "From Email," and "Reply-To" email address for all notifications sent from your Kilo account.


How to Update Your Sender Details:

  1. Log in to v1.usekilo.com
  2. Click your name in the lower left corner
  3. Select Settings
  4. Find Sender Details
  5. Click Edit to update the settings
  6. Save your changes

What Each Setting Means:

  • From Name: The name displayed in the recipient's inbox alongside the subject line (typically your business name).
  • From Email: The email address shown when the recipient hovers over the sender details in their inbox.
  • Reply-To Email: The address where replies to the notification emails will be sent. This can be different from the From Email.

Default Setup by Our Team:When we create these settings for your account, we’ll pre-configure them as follows:

  • From Name will be set to your business name.
  • From Email will match your business email.
  • Reply-To Email will use the same email username as the From Email.

You’re welcome to customize these settings at any time by following the steps above.

For Existing Users and New Accounts:Your Kilo system is now connected to the same sending IP address as your Gym Lead Machine (GLM) account. This integration enhances email deliverability and ensures that replies to notifications are directed to your GLM Conversations, where your team can efficiently manage them.
