Dear {{contact.first_name}},
Do you know anyone who could use some help with fitness and nutrition?
Do you have a friend you’d love to train with?
Has an acquaintance ever said, “I should check out your gym someday”?
Good news: In May, we’re going to make it as easy as possible for your friends and family to start training with us. We know it can be tough to get people to make changes or start something new, so we’re going to remove as many barriers as we can.
First, we’re going to run a special bring-a-friend event so you can ask a pal or relative to tag along and see what you do at the gym. Don’t worry: This event will be all about fun. We’ll greet everyone, brief everyone, coach everyone and make sure we answer every single question. And then we’ll chat afterward to see how we can help our guests.
Here are the details: [INSERT DATE/TIME/LOCATION OF YOUR EVENT].
To register, hit “REPLY” and let us know the name of your friend or family member.
Beyond this event, we want to make sure we give you everything you need to help the people around you get fitter. Is there anything we can do to help you get someone moving?
For example, maybe you can’t make our event. No problem! We could set up a consultation with your friend at any time—and you can come along. In fact, it would be great if you did.
Or perhaps we could give you some info to post on the office bulletin board. What if we created a social media post that addresses a friend’s question? You could tag the person so they see the answer!
The last two years have been really tough on a lot of people. And because we care about you, we want to help the people around you, too. If they’re feeling tired, lethargic, depressed or stiff and sore, diet and exercise can work wonders. And here’s the best part: They’ll have you in their corner to provide support and accountability!
Summer Is Coming
Warmer weather is on the way and summer vacations aren’t far off. We want you to keep your momentum over summer and now’s the time to plan.
Here’s a common scenario: Someone works super hard all year and then takes time off in summer. That person often finds the hard work done in winter and spring is undone in summer. Come fall, they’re feeling out of shape.
We can help! If you’re traveling or planning to head out to the lake, talk to us about special summer programming and nutrition coaching. We can keep you moving with minimal equipment and time commitments, and we can help you accommodate treats as part of a summer nutrition plan that reflects your goals.
The mission: ensure you enjoy yourself and have lots of fun without slowing or losing progress.
Talk to us now to make the perfect plan for summer. Hit “REPLY” to book a goal review or consultation!
