Tip of the Week #80- How to use Internal Conversations

In this week’s Tip of the Week, we’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature inside Gym Lead Machine Conversations — Internal Chat 🎉

This feature allows you to message your teammates directly inside the platform, making communication faster and keeping everything in one place.

Let’s walk through how it works.

Step 1: Navigate to Conversations

1. From your Dashboard, click on Conversations.
2. Inside Conversations, you’ll now see access to Internal Chat.

Step 2: View Internal Chats

1. Click into Internal Chat.
2. Select View All Conversations to see existing internal messages.

Step 3: Start a New Internal Chat

1. Click Message Teammates.
2. Select the teammate you’d like to message.
3. Type your message and send it.

That’s it! ✅

What Happens Next?

• Your teammate will receive a notification.
• The message will appear in their Unread section inside Gym Lead Machine.
• If they have mobile notifications enabled, they’ll receive a push notification on their phone as well.

This makes it incredibly easy to:

• Coordinate with staff
• Follow up on leads internally
• Clarify member information
• Keep communication organized within one platform

Internal Chat keeps your team aligned without needing outside messaging apps.
