The Revenue Projection Tool helps you look ahead with confidence by estimating future revenue. With just a few clicks, you can select future dates and instantly see projected revenue generated from existing invoices, auto‑renewing packages, and projected renewals.

This tool is designed to give you a high‑level view of what revenue you can expect—making planning, forecasting, and goal‑setting easier.

How the Revenue Projection Tool Works

The projection is calculated using data that already exists in your account. This includes:

• Existing invoices that are scheduled or expected within your selected date range
• Auto‑renew packages that will renew during the selected timeframe
• Projected renewals based on current package configurations

By selecting future dates, the tool aggregates these values to provide an estimated revenue total for that period.

How to Use the Tool

1. Select your future date range - Choose the start and end dates you’d like to project revenue for. Select how far ahead you want to view projected revenue. (Up to 12 months)

2. Review your projected revenue  - The report automatically calculates revenue based active auto-renew packages and existing paid and unpaid invoices.

3. Use the data for planning - Apply these insights to budgeting, forecasting, or tracking progress toward revenue goals. The chart below shows how your total projected revenue is distributed across each month in the selected date range

What to Keep in Mind

• Projections are based on current data and assumptions at the time of calculation.
• Changes to invoices, package pricing, renewals, or cancellations after running the report will impact future projections.
• The tool is intended for forecasting and planning, not as a guarantee of final revenue.
