My Payroll Report
We’re happy to share an update that gives your team more visibility into their earnings while keeping everything organized and secure.
What’s changed?
Staff members now have access to their own personal payroll report. This means each staff member can view payroll details specific to them without needing to reach out to an Owner for routine questions.

What Owners should know
- Staff can only see their own payroll information — they do not have access to payroll data for other staff members.
- Owners still retain full access to all payroll reports, just as before.
- This update is designed to reduce back-and-forth questions and help staff feel confident reviewing their own information.
Why this is helpful
- Saves time for Owners and Managers
- Improves transparency for staff
- Gives team members quick access to their own payroll details when they need them
No additional setup is required. Staff will automatically see their personal payroll report based on their existing permissions. If you would like to disable this feature, go to Users - Staff - click blue action button - Edit - scroll down to Permissions - Payroll - uncheck 'View Individual payroll report' and save.
