In this week’s tip, we’re diving into a cool feature inside your Gym Lead Machine dashboard — Smart Tags for Opportunities. These tags help you visually organize and prioritize leads based on specific rules you set. Let’s walk through how to use them.
🧭 Step-by-Step: Setting Up Smart Tags
- Start from your Gym Lead Machine Dashboard.
- Navigate to Opportunities in the left-hand menu.
- Click into Pipelines to view all of your current pipelines.
- Choose the pipeline you want to work with — for example, your Fitness Pipeline.
- Click the edit icon for that pipeline.
- Once inside, you’ll see a tab called Smart Tags — go ahead and click that.
🎯 What Do Smart Tags Do?
Smart Tags let you color-code opportunity cards based on rules you define. This makes it easy to quickly spot leads that match certain criteria — like new leads, uncontacted leads, or follow-ups.
Example: Highlight New Leads
Let’s say you want to automatically tag leads that were created in the last 3 days:
- Use the pre-built condition: “Created date is within the last 3 days.”
- Choose a color that stands out (like bright green).
- Click Add Rule, then Save.
🧪 Try It Out
Once saved, go back to your Opportunities view. You’ll now see color-coded tags on cards that match your Smart Tag rules. You can add multiple tags with different colors and rules to fit how your gym team tracks leads.
