Embed Kilo GMS Calendar on your Website

We’re excited to introduce a highly anticipated feature that allows you to embed your Kilo GMS class calendar directly into your website. 🎉

This makes it easier than ever for athletes and visitors to view your schedule and reserve classes or book drop-in sessions without leaving your site.

What This Feature Does

By embedding your Kilo GMS calendar on your website, you can:

  • Display your live class schedule in real time
  • Allow athletes to reserve classes directly from your website
  • Enable non-members to book drop-in sessions with ease
  • Create a smoother booking experience for both members and visitors

All reservations made through the embedded calendar sync instantly with Kilo GMS.

Who Can Use the Embedded Calendar

  • Logged-in Athletes

    Athletes can reserve available classes using their existing Kilo GMS account.

  • Drop-In Visitors

    Non-members can purchase and book drop-in sessions (based on your gym’s settings and availability).

How It Works for Athletes

  1. The athlete visits your website and views the embedded calendar.
  2. They select a class or drop-in session.
  3. They log in (or complete the drop-in booking flow via the Sales Portal).
  4. Their reservation is instantly confirmed and reflected in Kilo GMS.

No additional steps or redirects required.

How to Add the Calendar to Your Website

  1. Log in to Kilo GMS
  2. Navigate to Calendar - Scheduling
  3. Click the gear icon
  4. Toggle on Enable Public Calendar embedding
  5. Toggle on Allow Purchases via the Website Calendar (if Sales Portal is enabled and you wish members or Drop-ins to purchase packages)

  1. Copy the provided embed code
  2. Submit this Request form to our Website team in order to update the Schedule page.

Once added, the calendar will automatically stay up to date as your schedule changes.

Customization & Settings

Your embedded calendar respects your existing Kilo GMS settings, including:

  • Class capacity limits
  • Reservation windows
  • Member and non-member access rules

Any updates made in Kilo GMS will immediately reflect on your website calendar.
