If you’re reading this, you’re obviously interested in health and fitness.
So I’m going to lay out the super-simple, six-step plan to ensure you accomplish your goals in 2026.
If you aren’t currently working out, this plan will give you a great place to start. And if you are working out, this plan will help you clarify your goals and figure out how to accomplish them faster.
Here we go!
Step 1: Make a list of your health and fitness goals—everything you want to accomplish over the next 12 months. Just get the list on paper or on a device.
Step 2: Order everything by importance. Put the main goal at the top, then rank the others below it.
Step 3: Out of 10, rate your willingness to do the work required to accomplish everything on the list. This is the toughest part, and I want you to be honest with yourself. If you’re fired up and all in, you’re a 10. If you’re mostly fired up but nervous or unsure, give yourself a 7 or 8. If you wrote down your goals but have real fears about your ability to accomplish them, give yourself a 5. And so on. There’s no “wrong number” here. This self-rating is just going to help us optimize our plan.
Step 4: Book a free consultation to talk about your goals. Do that here [LINK]. You’ll bring your ordered list, and we’ll review it together. We’ll discuss your rating, and then we’ll talk about any concerns you have. You can ask “is this reasonable?” or “how long will this take?” or “can you help me move faster?”
Step 5: We’ll provide an exact plan to accomplish your goals. We’ll lay it out step by step, and you can ask additional questions, such as, “How soon will I see results?” and “How will I know the plan is working?”
Step 6: If you like the plan, we’ll get started right away. You’ll know exactly what you need to do to start making progress.
