Tip of the Week #73- How to create a Smartlist of your Workflows

Hey, it's Jordan! In this week’s tip, I’m going to show you how to build a Smart List of your workflows inside Gym Lead Machine. This is a great way to keep things organized and quickly access specific types of automations based on their triggers or statuses.

Step 1: Navigate to Workflows

From your Gym Lead Machine dashboard, head over to the Automation tab. Once you're there, make sure you're in the Workflows section.

Step 2: Create a New Smart List

At the top, you'll see an option labeled New Smart List. Click on that.

Step 3: Use Advanced Filters

Inside the Smart List settings, go to Advanced Filters. Here, you can build custom lists based on a variety of workflow attributes.

Example: Filter by Trigger Type

Let’s say you want to see all workflows that are triggered by a Form Submission:

  • Set the filter to Trigger TypeForm
  • Click Apply

Now, your list will show only the workflows that start when a form is submitted.

Example: Filter by Workflow Status

Want to find your draft workflows?

  • Set the filter to StatusDrafted
  • Click Apply

This is a handy way to track down test or in-progress workflows so you can clean them up or continue working on them.

Step 4: Save or Delete a Smart List

Once you've got your filters just right, you can save your Smart List for easy access in the future.

To delete a Smart List:

  • Open the Smart List
  • Click the ellipsis (⋮) next to the list name
  • Choose Delete List

Final Tip

Take a few minutes to explore Smart Lists in your workflows. It’s a simple but powerful way to keep your automation organized and efficient.
