GMS Improvements (Now Live) - December 2025

We’ve rolled out a few small—but helpful—updates to make your experience smoother and more efficient. These enhancements are now live in your account, and you’ll notice them as you navigate through your daily workflow.

While each update is subtle on its own, together they help streamline tasks, provide clearer visibility, and improve overall usability. We’ll continue making these incremental improvements to ensure everything works just a little better for you.

Athlete Communications tab update

Starting with communications sent today, owners and staff can now easily view and confirm whether an athlete has received a Login Setup Email or Password Reset email. This Communication update is in addition to the previously released ability to view Flow notifications.

Missing Members Report - Last Check-in Date column added

The general feedback about the Missing Members Report indicated that a Last Check-In Date would be really helpful when reaching out to missing Athletes. Your feedback has helped improve the reporting to give the most comprehensive overview of your Athletes.

To view the Missing Member report, go to your Dashboard - Athletes - Missing Members

Last Check-in column added

Package Revenue MTD Report - Athlete Count

To give you a clearer view of your Package Revenue, we’ve added an Athlete Count and a Sold Packages count to the report. This new detail shows how many athletes had an active package during the selected date range within each revenue category, giving you a quick and accurate view of usage and participation.

You can find this report on the Dashboard - Package Revenue MTD

Rollover Credits - Update to how you view Rollover Credits

We’ve made a few improvements to help you manage rollover credits with more clarity and confidence:

  • Quickly identify the originating session for each rollover credit, so you always know where it came from.
  • Easily undo a rollover if a correction is needed—no more extra steps or guesswork.

  • See a clear visual indicator - a ✋ symbol will be visible whenever a credit dispensation has been edited, giving you clear understanding about into any manual adjustments.

The ability to view who or when an edit was made to a credit dispensation is not available.

A 'Hand' symbol (✋) indicates a manual update to the Credit Dispensation
