Athlete Communication History
We’re excited to introduce the new Communication tab!
Starting with communications sent when this update was added today, owners and staff can now easily view and confirm whether an athlete has received an automated notification (both email and SMS) sent through Flow Triggers.
This update provides quick visibility into what was sent and when, helping your team stay aligned and ensure athletes receive the right communication at the right time.
How it Works
The Communication History allows Owners and Staff to:
- Quickly review Notifications sent to an athlete
- Verify delivery details (what was sent, when, and to whom)
- Confirm message consistency - blue checked status button
- Filter communications by date range and type.
This feature is designed for visibility, so no edits can be made from this screen—read-only to ensure accuracy and transparency.
This feature is designed to help reduce confusion when athletes respond to automated messages,
provide transparency for staff and owners about communications triggered by Kilo GMS and confirm interactions without leaving the athlete’s profile.
