Tip of the Week #67- How to Easily Find & Merge Duplicate Contacts in Gym Lead Machine

Got duplicate contacts in your list? Gym Lead Machine just made it easier to find and clean them up with a new Manage Duplicates tool!

🔍 Here's How to Use It:

1. Go to Contacts

   Head over to your Contacts tab in the Gym Lead Machine dashboard.

2. Open the Manage Duplicates Tool

   Click the three dots (⁝) in the top right corner and select Manage Duplicates from the dropdown.

   Choose How You Want to Search for Duplicates

   You can find duplicates by:

   • Email Address
   • Phone Number
   • Name

3. Click “Find Duplicates”

   The system will scan your contact list and return any duplicates it finds.

4. Merge Duplicates

   Once duplicates are listed, simply select the ones you want to merge and follow the prompts to combine them into a single, clean contact record.

⚠️ Note: Be sure to review the data in each contact before merging to avoid losing important info.

This is a great way to keep your lead list clean and organized so you can follow up more effectively!
