GLM Flows in Kilo GMS

Kilo has enhanced the Notifications options in the Gym Management Software by introducing GLM Flows. 🚀

With this update, Owners and Staff can now link actions between Kilo GMS and Gym Lead Machine (GLM), allowing specific activities in one system to automatically trigger responses in the other.

The initial release of this integration focuses on two key triggers:

  • Package Started – activates when an athlete begins a new package.
  • Athlete Status Changed – activates when an athlete’s status is updated in GMS.

This improvement creates a more seamless connection between the GMS and GLM, streamlining workflows and reducing the need for manual updates.

Important Note: The GLM Flows option is only available to gyms that have approved the enabling of their GLM-GMS Integration. If you do not see this option under Notifications in your GMS account, please contact our Support team for more information - hello@usekilo.com.

Package is Started on Athlete Profile Kilo GMS → Contact Receives Tag in GLM

In this GLM Flow, the owner selects a specific package in Kilo GMS and specifies which tag is to be added in Gym Lead Machine when the package starts.


Further Notes:

  • The tag must first be created in GLM before it can be used within the GLM Flow builder. New tags cannot be created directly from the Kilo GMS builder.
  • Tags will be applied only when a package is started for the first time. This trigger will not activate for subsequent auto-renewals or additional purchases.
  • Workflows in GLM can be added/created that are triggered by the addition of this tag to a contact. The workflow can include custom messages, Opportunity movement, internal notifications, etc.

Athlete Status Changed in Kilo GMS -> Contact Receives Tag in GLM

In this GLM Flow, the own selects an Athlete status in Kilo GMS and specifies which tag is to be added in Gym Lead Machine when the status is updated.
