Reintegrating Facebook & Instagram with Gym Lead Machine
If you’re running Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads (Meta), it’s important to make sure your leads are flowing correctly into Gym Lead Machine.
This guide walks you through two key steps:
- Reintegrating Facebook & Instagram after Meta’s update
- Checking and importing leads from Meta Ads Manager

🔄 Step 1: Reintegrate Facebook & Instagram
Meta recently pushed an update that may require you to reintegrate your socials inside Gym Lead Machine. This ensures all new leads continue syncing properly.

How to Reconnect Your Social Accounts
From your Gym Lead Machine Dashboard, go to:
Settings → Integrations
Find your Facebook/Instagram accounts and click Disconnect.
Click Manage Pages and reconnect:
- Select the Facebook Page you’re running ads from
- Click Update & Continue
- Repeat the process if needed until your connection is refreshed.
Make Sure Your Lead Forms Are Mapped
After reconnecting, check that your form fields are mapped correctly:
- If you see a blue “Map” button, click it.
- Match the fields (Full Name → Full Name, Email → Email, Phone → Phone).
- Hit Confirm to save.
✅ Once mapped, all new leads from Meta will automatically flow into Gym Lead Machine.
🔍 Step 2: Check & Import Leads from Meta Ads Manager
Sometimes, you may want to double-check that every lead from Meta is inside Gym Lead Machine. Here’s how:

Export Leads from Meta
- Go to Meta Ads Manager → open your Ad Level view.
- Select the campaign you want to review.
- On the right, you’ll see the total number of leads generated.
- Click the Download button → export as a CSV file.
When you open the CSV, you’ll see each lead’s name, phone, and email.
Import Leads into Gym Lead Machine
- In your Gym Lead Machine account, go to Contacts → Import Contacts.
- Upload the CSV file you downloaded.
- Map the fields (Name → Name, Email → Email, Phone → Phone).
- Import them all at once or one by one.
✅ This ensures every lead that came through Meta is inside your CRM and getting nurtured automatically.
💡 Troubleshooting
- If leads aren’t syncing after reintegration, repeat the disconnect/reconnect process.
- Make sure you’re logged into the correct Facebook account when reconnecting.
- If some leads are missing, manually import them using the CSV method.
