Tip of the Week #63- Copy & Paste Actions Between Workflows!

Big time-saver alert! You can now copy actions from one workflow and paste them into another — even across different workflows.

Here’s how it works in Gym Lead Machine:

1. Open a workflow and find the action you want to reuse.
2. Click the three-dot menu on the action and select Copy.
3. Exit that workflow and open a different one.
4. In the new workflow, click the + button where you want the action to go.
5. Select Paste Action — and you're done!

This is a game-changer for streamlining your automation setup. Whether you're copying over text messages, email steps, or condition checks, you can now skip the extra steps and just paste what’s already working.

✅ Pro Tip: This works best for standard actions — just double-check any custom fields or references that may need tweaking in the new workflow.
