How to Set Up a Power Dialer in Gym Lead Machine

The Power Dialer is a great tool inside Gym Lead Machine that helps you rapidly call through a list of contacts. Instead of dialing each contact manually, you can automate the process and call leads one after the other—perfect for follow-ups, outreach, and improving contact rates.

Here’s how to set it up:


✅ Step 1: Create a Workflow with a Manual Call Action

  1. Go to Workflows in your Gym Lead Machine account.
  2. Create a new workflow (or edit an existing one).

    Add the "Manual Call" action inside the workflow.

    • This is what creates the manual tasks that show up in the Power Dialer queue.

      Set up the trigger for your workflow.

    • You can use any trigger you like (for example, a tag applied, form submission, pipeline stage change, etc.).

For this example, we’ll skip the trigger and just manually push contacts into the workflow.


✅ Step 2: Add Contacts to the Workflow

  1. Go to your Contacts tab.
  2. Select the contacts you want to call (you can use filters or select all).
  3. Click “Add to Automation”.
  4. Search for and select your Power Dialer workflow.
  5. Confirm and add the contacts.

✅ Step 3: Use the Power Dialer from Manual Actions

  1. Go to Conversations > Manual Actions.
  2. Refresh the page, and you’ll start seeing your contacts appear in the list.
  3. Click “Start” to begin dialing.

Here’s what happens next:

  • The system will open each contact’s profile and initiate the call.

    After the call, you’ll choose from options like:

    • Answered
    • Voicemail
    • No answer
  • Then, click “Go to Next”, and the Power Dialer will move to the next contact automatically.

  • This is a great way to batch call your leads quickly without having to search for each one manually.
  • You can use different workflows for different types of follow-ups (new leads, missed calls, trials, etc.).
