Tip of the Week #62- How to Create a Payment Link in GLM (Perfect for Selling Merch!)

Want to sell gym merch like hoodies, supplements, or gear? With Gym Lead Machine, you can quickly create a payment link that clients can use to purchase directly—no extra tools needed!

Here’s how to do it step-by-step:

💻 Step 1: Create Your Product

  1. From your Gym Lead Machine dashboard, go to the Payments tab.
  2. Click on Products, then + New to create a new product.
  3. Enter the details of your item (e.g. “Unbeaten Fitness Hoodie”).
  4. Set your price (e.g. $40).
  5. Save the product.

🔗 Step 2: Create a Payment Link

  1. Still in the Payments area, click on Payment Links.
  2. Select + Create Link.

  3. Choose the product you just created (e.g. your hoodie).

    Customize the payment link:

    • Enable Coupon Codes if you have any promos.
    • Collect Shipping Address if you’re mailing items.
    • Add Terms & Conditions, if needed.
  4. Click Save to generate your payment link.

Now you have a URL you can text, email, or DM to clients!

📱 Step 3: Turn It Into a QR Code (Optional but Powerful!)

Want to sell merch right from the gym counter or wall?

  1. Go to QR Codes in your Gym Lead Machine account.
  2. Click + Create QR Code.
  3. Choose Payment Link as the QR Code type.
  4. Select the payment link you just created.
  5. Customize the design if you like.
  6. Save and Download your QR code.

Now you can print it and place it anywhere in your gym. Members just scan and buy—it’s that easy!
