Tip of the Week #61-How to Find Which Workflow an SMS or Email Came From

Ever see an SMS or email in a contact's conversation thread and think, “I want to change what this message says”? Here's a quick way to track down exactly where that message is coming from in your automations.

✅ Step-by-Step:

1. Go to the Conversations tab in your Gym Lead Machine dashboard.
2. Find the message (SMS or email) you want to edit.
3. Click the three dots next to the message and select "View Details."
4. You’ll see a section that tells you it came from an automation.
5. Click the workflow icon next to it — this will take you straight to the workflow that sent the message.
6. From there, just find the specific action (the SMS or email step), make your edits, and don’t forget to click "Save" at the top and bottom of the workflow editor.

That’s it! Super quick and easy.
