Tip of the Week #56- Instant Lead Call Connection in Workflows

When a new lead comes in, every second counts. The faster you connect, the higher your chances of booking them into your gym. With Gym Lead Machine’s Call Workflow Action, you can instantly bridge the gap between a new lead filling out a form and you picking up the phone to speak with them.


Where to Find It

  1. Go to Automations inside Gym Lead Machine.

    Open the workflow you use for new leads — for example:

    • Fitness Pipeline – New Lead Campaign
    • Nutrition Pipeline – New Lead Campaign

For this example, we’ll use the Fitness Pipeline – New Lead Campaign.


How It Works

Anytime a new lead enters your workflow, you can add a Call action. Here’s what it does:

  • Gym Lead Machine will call YOU (or the assigned staff member) as soon as the lead comes in.
  • You’ll hear a whisper message before connecting (e.g., “You have a new lead! Press any key to connect.”).
  • When you press any key, Gym Lead Machine will immediately call the new lead and bridge the call.

Setting It Up

  1. Inside your workflow, click Add Action.
  2. Select Call.
  3. Add a Call Whisper Message like:

    “You have a new lead! Press any key to be connected.”

  4. Save your changes.

You can place this action anywhere in any workflow. For example:

  • Right after a Form Submission
  • After a Lead is Assigned
  • Even in follow-up workflows for missed calls

This ensures no lead sits in your CRM without quick follow-up.
