If you're syncing an external calendar (like Google Calendar) with your Gym Lead Machine account and want to keep your event details private from other users on the platform, you're in luck! Gym Lead Machine has a Private Mode setting that lets you hide those details easily.

Here’s how to turn it on:

1. Log in to your Gym Lead Machine account.
2. Click on your profile picture or name in the lower-left corner.
3. Select “My Profile.”
4. Scroll down until you see “Private Mode for Synced Events.”
5. Toggle it ON.

When enabled, any events pulled in from your external calendar will still show as blocked time on your Gym Lead Machine calendar, but other users won’t see the event names or details—just that you're busy.
