Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log into Your Gym Lead Machine Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Marketing section.
  3. At the top, click on Brand Boards.
  4. Select Brand Voice from the dropdown.
  5. Click the blue Add Brand Voice button.

Create Your Brand Voice

  • Enter your Gym’s Name and paste in your gym’s website URL.
  • For example, if your gym is called Unbeaten Fitness, name your voice Unbeaten Fitness Brand Voice and add your gym’s URL.

Gym Lead Machine will automatically crawl your website, pulling in text and content to build a Brand Voice that matches your gym’s unique personality.

Review and Edit

  • Once generated, review the information carefully.
  • Make any edits you need to ensure everything is accurate and sounds right for your gym.

Final Step

  • When you're done editing, go to the top right corner and click Save Brand Voice.
