How to Update User Permissions in Gym Lead Machine

Managing what your team can access in Gym Lead Machine is easy and super customizable. If you only want certain staff members to see or use specific features, here’s how to set their permissions.
🚀 Step-by-Step: Updating Staff Permissions
Go to Settings
From your main dashboard, click on Settings in the left-hand menu.
Open “My Staff”
Inside Settings, click on My Staff. This will show a list of all the team members you’ve added to Gym Lead Machine.
Edit a Staff Member
Find the staff member whose permissions you want to change, and click the Edit button next to their name.
Go to “Roles & Permissions”
In the staff editor, navigate to the Roles & Permissions tab. This section gives you fine-tuned control over what each team member can access.
Adjust Permissions
- Use the left-hand column to search for specific permissions.
- On the right, you’ll see a complete list of all available permissions.
- Simply check or uncheck the boxes to give or restrict access as needed.
Save Changes
Once you’re done setting permissions, click Save at the bottom right corner.
⚠️ Heads up: After saving, the user may be logged out automatically and will need to log back in to apply the new permissions.
