Google Calendar Integration with GMS
The integration between Kilo GMS and Google Calendar allows GMS to check for scheduling conflicts when you’re booking sessions on behalf of another team member. This helps ensure availability is accurate and prevents double-booking.
To Connect your Google Calendar in Kilo GMS
- Go to the Calendar tab on the menu
- Click Integration

- Click "Connect Google Calendar"
- Sign in to the Google calendar you wish to integrate, click 'Continue'
-
Important: On the "Sign in with Google" popup, make sure to check the checkbox that says "Select All"

-
Once the Integration has been added, use the checkboxes to select which Event Types that you want to automatically add to your integrated Google Calendar

-
Select the Google Calendar that you want to add Kilo Events to

-
Click Save
-
Select any calendars that should be checked for conflicts.

It is essential to share the additional "Check for Conflicts" calendars with the primary calendar in Google before they can be made visible in Kilo GMS. To learn more about how to set the integration with Google, please refer to the Google Help doc: https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37082?hl=en
If there are shared Google Calendars that are missing, you can use the "Fetch Calendars" button to attempt to re-load your Google Calendars.
- If Events have been added to the Schedule prior to integration, it may be necessary to click the "Force Resync" button to push events into Google calendar.

When Should I use "Delete" button?
We strongly discourage using the "Delete' option if your calendar is not syncing properly, this can lead to additional issues with the integration. It is recommended to use the "Force Resync" button to fix any inconsistencies between your Kilo Calendar and your Google Calendar. In the event you are still having any issues, please reach out to hello@usekilo.com so our Support Team can assist with troubleshooting.

Google Sync to Avoid Double-Booking
Once integrated, when you schedule a session on behalf of a team member, GMS will alert you if that team member has a conflicting “busy” event on their connected calendar.
