Tip of the Week #47- How to Get Notified When a Calendar Integration is Disconnected

If you rely on your calendars to stay on top of gym appointments, it's crucial to know when something goes wrong. Gym Lead Machine now has a helpful feature that alerts you when one of your calendar integrations becomes disconnected — so you can fix it fast and avoid missing important bookings.

Here’s how to turn on those notifications:

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Settings

    Log into your Gym Lead Machine account and navigate to the Settings menu.

  2. Access Your Calendar Profile

    Click on My Calendar Profile to manage your calendar preferences.

  3. Open the Notifications Tab

    Inside your calendar profile, click on the Notifications tab.

  4. Enable Calendar Notifications

    Scroll down to the Calendar Notifications section.

    Here, you’ll see the option to be notified when a calendar integration is disconnected.

    Choose Your Notification Methods

    You can choose one or more of the following:

    • In-App Alert
    • Email Notification
    • SMS Text Message
  5. Save Your Settings

    After selecting your preferred alert methods, click Save to activate the notifications.

And that's it! You're all set to get alerted if a calendar disconnects, helping you keep your gym running smoothly.
