Tip of the Week #46-How to Generate a One-Time Calendar Link from GLM Mobile App

Need to send someone a one-time link to book a session without exposing your full calendar? Here’s how to do it in Gym Lead Machine:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Open the Gym Lead Machine App.

   Launch the app on your device.

2. Tap on the Calendars Button.

   At the bottom of your screen, tap on the Calendars icon to access your calendar settings.

3. Choose the Calendar to Share.

   Once inside the calendar view, tap the Share icon in the top right corner.

4. Select the Specific Calendar.

   From the list of calendars, choose the one you want to generate a one-time booking link for (e.g., Strategy Session).

5. Toggle on the One-Time Link Option.

   Find the toggle labeled One-Time Link and switch it on.

6. Copy the Share Link.

   Tap the blue Share button to generate the link. Then select Copy to add the link to your clipboard.

7. Paste the Link Where You Need It.

   You can now paste that link into a message, email, or wherever you'd like to send it.

That’s it! Super simple. Now you can send secure, one-time booking links without exposing your full calendar.
