Email link validity period

Kilo is pleased to announce that Login Activation and Password Reset links will now remain valid for 30 days from the time of issue. This enhancement is part of our ongoing commitment to improve convenience, accessibility, and user satisfaction.

Previously, email links were valid for a shorter period, requiring users to act quickly to complete actions such as account activation and password resets. With the extended 30-day validity, users now have more flexibility and time to engage with essential communications on their own schedule.

All email links sent on or after May 1st, will automatically carry the new 30-day expiration period. No additional action is required from users.
